How much do you drink?

Like we said, we may all enjoy a glass or two in the evening but do you know exactly how many units you’re downing each time?

Find out now...
The Government’s guidelines say that men should not regularly drink more than 3-4 units a day and women should not regularly exceed 2-3 units a day. This would be ideal if we were all identical however the most important thing is setting your own goals and sticking to them.
